The not showing the person doing the singing thing had happened in other songs too, I believe it was either halo/sunshine or start me up/living on a prayer cant remember which one but the camera would show lea singing certain parts when it was actually jenna that had been the one doing it. Weird why they chose to do that? Very odd imo

But when his back is turned to the group, only one of them is sitting in the front. Gwyneths umbrella changes between black and yellow several times during umbrella/singing in the rain. Gwyneth used roller skates to glide into the glee club during the buttered floor scene. There was a carpet under the eater in umbrella/singing in the rain. It was cleaned at one point making the water soapy which kept getting in the casts mouths and eyes as they had to splash it up into the air so much.

Dominic Barnes, who currently plays Trent, also plays a student who can be seen in Holly Holiday's Spanish class.

2024-12-19 14:45:05 +0000 UTCIn 1x07, Finn mentioned Gwyneth Paltrow while talking baby names with Quinn, saying how he thinks it's cool she named her baby Apple because he likes apples. Gwyneth met her future husband, co-showrunner Brad Falchuk, on set. She also said that the Singing in the Rain/Umbrella performance was so fun to do. She felt like a kid again. Kevin McHale (Artie) said he got stuck in the wheelchair during that performance because everyone made a competition out of kicking water towards him, soaking him. It's ironic that Kurt tells Mercedes he doesn't want another Rachel-Jesse traitor debacle with Blaine, when Blaine himself gets into the same situation with Sebastian in season 3 (when Blaine tells Sebastian they are planning on doing Michael Jackson for Regionals). Shortly after the episode aired, Dina Lohan publicly attacked the show and Gwyneth Paltrow for the joke made about her daughter Lindsay (who later appeared as a judge in 3x22). Trent the Warbler, played by Dominic Barnes, is an extra in the Spanish class when Holly is first introduced. Sue calls Mercedes "Jackeé" and, ironically enough, Jackeé Harry guest starred as a judge in 5x11. Goofs: During the scene where Will imagines the Glee Club as 5 year olds, in the scene before Quinn isn't seen, but her mini-me is. This is due to Dianna being sick on the day of shooting. Holly's umbrella switches between black and yellow several times during Singing in the Rain/Umbrella.
