2024-12-13 16:21:56 +0000 UTCI haven't gotten around to watching this yet so I could be wrong but Sabrina is an older Gen Z (1999) and we tend to have a weird sense of humor that's a mix between younger millennial humour and younger Gen Z humour. It can be difficult to get sometimes. A lot of people around mine ('97 and the eldest of Gen Z) and Sabrina's ages seem to be enjoying it from what I've seen online

Maybe also American homour is different from European - it was not funny at all to us. Since we didn't know the idioms or vocabulary it it is meant to be ambiguous or if it was just translated incorrect. :-/

I actually liked it better than the brother in law part because I feel like Shania sounded really... off. And it's funny to me seeing comments on other social media platforms accusing Sabrina of lipsynching to her albums for this but true Sabrina fans can hear the difference in certain words, notes etc. I think she sounded fantastic!!

She currently stars in a popular show she created called Abbott Elementary which has won and been nominated for multiple Emmy’s, golden globes, etc. fun fact, she was the first black woman to win an Emmy as outstanding lead actress in comedy in 40 years and only second overall.
