Hey guys! Sorry I just saw this chatter here. I should have noticed this earlier. I'll message you both privately as well. But I did want to point out that YES were allowed to have different opinions about what music we like, however in this community you MUST be respectful in the way you say it. Take a breath, clear your head and then reply. That way the comment doesnt go through a filter of anger.

And I'm really not comfortable with you taking what I'm saying it and making it into more than it is. The mere thought of her doesn't make me upset, so please stop assuming things. But I can't even turn on the local news or morning talk shows without it having a segment on her every day because she'll be here for her tour next week. People are allowed to want to have a bit of disconnect from things they're constantly hearing about. That doesn't mean there's something wrong with me that's concerning, and what makes me upset is people like you assuming there is for having a human reaction to. My initial comment here boils down to this: I don't like TS, I hope her content doesn't end up overpowering the rest because of the demand she has from the other members, BUT I will be here regardless until the day comes that all content I do like is gone. I don't want to keep having this back and forth because as I sit here trying to explain my position, you've chosen to try and psychoanalyze me and I'm really not okay with that. Audrey is amazing, yes, and that is why I, again, said I will still be here supporting her until a day comes that there's absolutely zero stuff left that I'm interested in.

I don’t watch the tv shows right now nor any of the other artist content so have not been consuming as much content as in the past as there’s not as much of those but still here hoping for more music based content less tv show content.

I’m sorry that you’ve had so many bad experiences. I promise Swifties are not all like that, but I hope you also recognize that a lot of them can be defensive because of how much unfair criticism has been lobbied at TS throughout her entire career. I’m not saying it’s ever ok to send death threats, though, so I’m sorry that happened. I think finding a community is lovely because TS isn’t being mentioned is concerning though. It indicates to me that even the thought of her makes you upset and that you’re focused enough on her that you’re cognizant of how much she’s being discussed. At the end of the day, she’s just a pop star. I think everything will be okay! Audrey is amazing and great at creating a balance of content.

She isn't for me, and I've had enough Swifties wish death on me and insult me personally for just mentioning I don't like her on social media (not even tagging her because that's low and petty, just saying her name and having people search it up and finding it) to not really want to be in spaces dominated by her fans. Maybe not all are like that but more of the interactions I've had have been bad. "I just avoid those video reactions and focus on what I do enjoy." I do that. But I definitely worry sometimes that because her fans are the majority of the votes here, that other content I enjoy will just get phased out in favour of that. I've been in spaces where that's happened, and it would suck if it happened here because I adore Audrey I don't want to have to stop supporting because the content I do like gets pushed out.

There are plenty of “Taylor Swift hating” spaces. How does others enjoying her music impact you? I think it’s totally fine to say “it’s not for me” and ignore that content. I, personally, do not enjoy some artists’ music as well. I just avoid those video reactions and focus on what I do enjoy.

Love you to bits, have for years, but I hate when every good space becomes all about her. I'm adoring the Glee as always, but the Friends, Sabrina, and movie musicals all have a huge spot in my heart and I really like watching you react to them. I miss your gleeful weekend song reviews, there's so many you never got around to that I was hoping for. Ultimately, unless you fully converted to a Taylor/Beyonce/Ariana only channel, I'd stick around xD
