Wild how my brother can be a Disney Imagineer and he worked for Dreamworks previously, but I haven't seen much of any animated movies.

Ok so I have a few movies in mind that I think I should watch soon. I've added those to the voting below.

They do NOT need to be only Disney. Dreamworks or Pixar or other animated DIsney-esk movies are cool too.

Cause being able to hear live vocals is soooo different to pitch corrected pre recorded vocals. There a bunch of Sondheim ones like into the woods and Sunday in the park and Sweeney Todd and company. You also have Newsies. She loves me. Come from away. Kinky boots. So many more. I think those would be a really educational reactions

I know you did the Disney movie musical version on the channel already, but really the stage version is so much better. A big chunk got lost in translation from stage to screen, and it would be great to see someone react or even compare/contrast the two versions. (This is also a sneaky way for me to suggest more Sondheim for the channel. 🤫)

This duo worked together for Tangled and the Enchanted/Disenchanted movies too. - Newsies - (The 90's movie musical or the filmed Broadway adaptation) .... its corney, but a good time. Its the movie that made kid!me want to be a performer and convinced me to persue musical theatre. The music is by Alan Menken and Howard Ashmen (Little Mermaid, Aaddin, Little Shop of Horrors). The original disney movie is a live action musical starring Christian Bale (singing and dancing!) and the Broadway version stars Jeremy Jordan (who we all love) - Hercules - Another Alan Menken score (you'll be hearing a lot of him if you're doing Disney. LOL) Music and performances are phenomenal, and they interpret the Greek mythology-ness of it all using soulful/gospel music vibes. -- For Non-Disney musical animation -- - Thumbalina - Another Don Bluth animated musical (Anastasia, American Tale, All Dogs Go to Heaven, Land Before Time). Music is by Barry Manilow and stars Jodi Bensen (Ariel from The Little Mermaid) along with a few fun guest star cameos like Charro, Carol Channing, and Gilbert Gottfried.
