For me it was on a blanket on the ground at night in a cherry orchard with someone who had been a long time crush of mine. Then there was a time in the passenger seat of my ex's parents van with the seat all the way back in the parking lot of his apartments. This was after we had already been broken up for a while but were still friends and his parents thought he was just giving me a ride home.

But the craziest real story I've heard is a friend of mine who used to direct a choir at a Catholic church and did it in the confessional booth.
