Paletress: Listening and relieving people of their sins is the Grand Confessor Paletress's favorite task in the Argent Tournament. They say no one has ever done it with such dedication and professionalism as her. Champions, soldiers, bartenders, or simple visitors all come out of her confession chamber relieved and ready to face the horrors of another day in Icecrown.
Katherine: Keeping the soldiers of Kul Tiras happy and satisfied with their jobs is one of Katherine's main goals and why the people of her kingdom love her as a leader. It is said there were days when over a hundred soldiers would pass through her admiral office, and she would listen to the problems of each and every one of them and find a solution. And even though her problem-solving skills are highly regarded, the specifics of how exactly she helps the soldiers remain a mystery as none have managed to get a straight answer out of them about it.
Whitemane: The Scarlet Crusade has taken some major hits in recent years, and the High Inquisitor has taken it upon herself to help recruit new members, even from the Horde races. She would inspect every single candidate herself and pick only the most capable to join her forces. However, if the rumors are to be believed, most of the candidates show up specifically for her "examination" and not the wish to join the Crusade.
