Parallax Scrolling Process.

↑ I used to see a lot of games being shown off for the first time at my local Dixons. There was always a bit of a crowd around the games with the fanciest graphics.
↑ Shadow of the Beast wasn't really that great of a game, but it was a technical marvel that (along with Lemmings) helped to sell a ton of Amiga home computers. We Sega Megadrive owners could only dream of having so many colours on screen at once (and that dreamy sampled sound...)
