Oh look!
As you might be able to tell from the process video, these things are rather time-consuming to animate because they have a lot of details on them. This is about as much as I could simplify the design down, and that's still a whole lot of lines on each frame. Then of course there's the shading on top of that...
Ideally I'd like Guyver or Urotsukidoji levels of creature detail on each frame, so I have a lot of reference photos open as I work.
Anyway, I shall get back to work now.
