I'm hoping she will be allowed but I would like to nominate Charlie Magne from Hazbin Hotel, the demon princess of hell! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9b/dd/45/9bdd458dd1e1a16be52fde09e5a44b9a.jpg She tries to rehabilitate demons but there are those within hell that oppose this, believing no resident from hell is redeemable. She's taken by a couple of hooded figures (or silhouettes) while exiting the back way and given the treatment with tape (the portable tool no kidnapper should be without!). After being taken to an undisclosed location, she's stripped to a cute lingerie set and maybe her bondage reinforced. Or, as I like to always add, whatever Magnolia wants to do with this character should she win!

Oh gosh, this is actually a really hard one. There are so many good options! Think I'll go with Tohru from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (specifically in her maid cafe outfit from Season 2: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/2Kr7S_-icTE/maxresdefault.jpg). As for a scenario, how about this: Tohru was in the middle of making some yummy dinner for her beloved Kobayashi, but then Ilulu ambushed her! Using enchanted ropes that restrain a dragon's power, Ilulu ties up Tohru extremely tight, tapes up her hands, and gags her as well (whether with tape, a ball gag, a bit gag, whatever you think looks best). She then leaves Tohru to struggle and simmer while taunting her, saying she'll be back to make Tohru miserable after she's had some "fun" with Kobayashi. I gotta say, no matter who wins this poll, I've got a real thing for monster girls, so I'm sure I'm going to love the result!

She is tied in her lingerie with her wings spread out and hands behind her back in a boxtie, gagged with many variants such as ball, cleave, tape, and is rotating on the pole stand in a haunted house in which Issei is navigating to save her. It was Akeno's idea by the way. She could either be standing behind the pole as it rotates or be the ground lotus-tied or rope suspended in the air like a princess, fitting the spooky theme with her wings looking like she is flying. Her expression could be very cheerful that Issei is coming to save her. That's the best I got.
