All the suggestions below are from Patrons in the $8 tier (and up), and now it's up to everyone else to pick which one I'll draw!
Since one of the suggestions was too large to fit into the poll text, I'll just copy/paste them here.
A:
Doing as told, Erza gets to work tying Lucy up in a back breaking hogtie. Stepping aside once finished so the Captor can inspect, taking her eyes off of Erza.
B:
As foreshadowed on page 5 (when Sanae told her "not to do something stupid while I'm gone"), the kidnapper has done something stupid, and untied Ezra. A not-as-exhausted-as-expected Ezra instantly defeats the kidnapper, leaving her ruthlessly bound by the end of the page.
C:
Sanae returns with Mirajane, who is exhausted and horny from the ninja's assault. Erza has just finished tying Lucy into an extreme bondage pose, with nipple clamps and vibrators included. Erza is then told to get started on Mirajane next.
