All the suggestions below are from Patrons in the $8 tier (and up), and now it's up to everyone else to pick which one I'll draw!
Since one of the suggestions was too large to fit into the poll text, I'll just copy/paste them here.
A:
Back to Erza and Lucy, who after enduring several rounds with their captor, had their gags removed. But as soon as it was removed, the captor deep kissed them, one by one. Immediately after, they saw themselves getting gagged by a 2 sided-dildo gag, which they shared, forcing them to be uncomfortably close to each other.
B:
Back to Erza and Lucy. Their host moves over to Erza and offer her a deal. They will leave Lucy and Mirajane there to be found by their friends. Erza just has to be the one to tie them up in the most punishing position she can think of.
C:
Back to Erza and Lucy. Both girls have been suspended facing each other, Lucy with her legs spread wide and Erza with her face in-between them. The captor finishes painfully removing Erza's gag and puts the last piece of tape over Lucy's nose cutting off her breathing. She tells Erza the only way it comes off is if she makes Lucy cum. Erza starts eating Lucy out much to their mutual embarrassment.
