All the suggestions below are from Patrons in the $8 tier (and up), and now it's up to everyone else to pick which one I'll draw!
Since one of the suggestions was too large to fit into the poll text, I'll just copy/paste them here.
A:
Sanae is having trouble with Mira struggling. Sanae threatens Lisanna's safety next to get Mira to settle down.
B:
Sanae continues talking to Mira while carrying her back to the others, venting about her various frustrations in life (ex, ungrateful captives, treacherous clients, the ever increasing price of binding materials). All the while Mira continues to struggle. While talking Sanae idly spanks, gropes, and fingers Mira into submission (and climax), which Sanae mocks her for afterward.
C:
Back to Erza and Lucy, who after enduring several rounds with their captor, had their gags removed. But as soon as it was removed, the captor deep kissed them, one by one. Immediately after, they saw themselves getting gagged by a 2 sided-dildo gag, which they shared, forcing them to be uncomfortably close to each other.
D:
Erza is gagged with a double sided dildo gag and forced to use it on Lucy who is tied with her legs spread apart. Erza refuses, but her captor informs her that Lucy will take all the punishments every time Erza disobeys from now on, which pressures Erza into submission.
