Ciri... Help!
Added 2020-02-11 20:13:07 +0000 UTCHello again. Fancy meeting you here!
While I'm not ready to draw her yet, I figure I better start asking for some advice while I can!
So.. Ciri from Witcher 3. The extent of my knowledge of this series is that there's a white haired man. He stabs people and sometimes uses magic. Also there's a smexy gal named Ciri who proooooobably doesn't want to be tied up? (Who cares what she wants though)
So, I'm sure at least some of you have a better idea of the series and character than I do. If you have any good suggestions on what I should do with her when the time comes, I'm open to them! And if there's no suggestions I particularly jive with, that's fine too!
I'm hoping to have the next picture done for Valentine's Day, but it's probably not gonna happen. I'll at least have the lineart done!

Oh, right. I read Dawho's input. Great idea. I like the p-word idea a lot. :D In the Witcher 3 game with the "best" ending Ciri becomes a fellow Witcher free of the shackles of ruling. She also doesn't die. XD The Witcher is the one usually calling the Law on people with no coin to pay for a monster slaying, but perhaps you can swap that? So here's the plot: Some bloke decides to jump in when Ciri is fighting a monster. He gets super lucky and saves her from a nearly lethal blow. Ciri is impressed and wants to reward him but is short on coin. She lets him call the Law. He's a lonely guy who asks if she'll brighten up his home for a few days, but she doesn't ask exactly how. Scene: She will spend the next while bound and gagged for his enjoyment. Have her tightly bound with rope in a shibari style and suspened from a rafter by the back of her chest harness. Her clothes are not very sexy to tie her up in, so she is probably stripped to just her boots. A brutal crotch rope would be nice, expecially if it is holding in some magically vibrating "items" of dimeritium he found used for supressing witches. It's implied in the lore that Ciri had a fling with another woman and is a bit "open", so perhaps she is not terribly hating her predicament in her expression. Variants could be around the usual things like gag types and levels of nudity with sexy things the guy also happens to have around. Just a thought.

2020-02-13 01:28:41 +0000 UTCSo that's what I read about 'dimeritium shackles'. The wiki article didn't have anything to say about them, but it all makes sense now. Thank you for the hot tip!

2020-02-11 21:01:36 +0000 UTCNo problem! Also important note! Ciri is magical and can teleport around, so if you wanna stick true to the lore of the series you'll wanna slap some dimeritium on her somewhere. Basically just their special magic-negating metal. Could be cuffs, or a collar, (or pluuuugs). So long as it's touching her it'll keep her pesky powers at bay.

2020-02-11 21:00:01 +0000 UTCThat is a really cool and fun idea! The Law of Surprise sounds like a great think to work into the picture. I'll definitely utilize it for whatever I end up drawing. I even ended up checking out the wiki after reading your thoughts, just to get a bit more knowledge about the series. Thank you Dawho!

2020-02-11 20:57:04 +0000 UTCCiri is a fantastic character. She's feisty, capable, loves her found family but is fiercely independent. The 'best' ending in the game actually revolves around you letting her go as her father figure and trusting her to handle her own problems. If I were you, I'd absolutely play off a huge touchstone of the series called the Law of Surprise. Basically, if you perform a service for someone and they lack the means to properly compensate you, you may instead invoke the Law of Surprise, which grants you rights to payment via "What they have, but do not yet know". It's sacred tradition from beggars to kings. So let's say you save a guy's life, and he says he'll pay you back with the Law of Surprise. He returns home that day to find his dog has given birth to a litter of puppies. Congrats on the new dog. Or if he returns to find his father has deceased and he has inherited a vineyard in Tuscany-- well enjoy your new vineyard. This is actually how Geralt (the main character) becomes Ciri's adoptive father. So perhaps Ciri has somehow fallen victim to the Law of Surprise? Maybe she herself is the payment of someone's debt? "I didn't know how I was gonna pay off my gambling debt-- but then my boys found this girl sneaking around in the back rooms. Law of Surprise amiright?" Or maybe something as simple as a turning of the tables? Ciri asks to be paid in the "Law of Surprise" after completing a hunt for some Witch Hunters, and they take her up on the offer a bit more literally than she'd hoped. (Witch Hunters are different from Witchers and are generally bad news in the racist kind of way).
