Now to review the hints, as some were not as obvious as others:
Hint 1: There are five digits total - Straightforward.
Hint 2: Every digit behind the heart are visible elsewhere in the picture! - The only digit not shown above is '7', so this can slightly narrow down your options (ironically Darth used 7 as one of his digits..)
Hint 3: There is only one prime number. - Since 7 is gone, that leaves only 3 and 5 as the prime number options. Again, just to help narrow down a little, and there being only one.
Hint 4: Out of the five digits, the middle digit alone has the highest value. - Straightforward.
Hint 5: There is a zero among the five digits. - Straightforward as well.
