Models improvement project update & swap list
Added 2022-04-08 23:56:00 +0000 UTCIf you are wondering why there is no new art coming from me, it's because since the start of April I've been working on drastically improving the technical part of my models. It started with the simple idea of merging models from the same race into one so I can make easy swaps but most of those models I've been using for years during which I've learned many many new things and even though I kept upgrading the appearances I neglected the stuff going behind the scenes. And so this simple project turned into a big overhaul of all my models, with the end goal being to have all models/characters from one race (and the race's template body which is used to create future characters) nicely merged into one file and all of them using one universal rig. Took me a whole 9 days but Human and Blood elf are finally finished and greatly optimized for swap works. Only Night Elf is left now (I don't really have characters from other races for now).
Of course, there are some visual model improvements as well in the form of detailed lips for human and blood elves, improved bodies for Valeera and Liadrin (they were a bit outdated), and a new base body for human females (will apply to all humans apart from Jaina)

Human: Jaina Porudmoore, Katherine Proudmoore, Tess Greymane, Vanessa VanCleaf
Blood elf: 4 versions of Sylvanas Windrunner, Lady Liadrin, Valeera Sanguinar
Night elf: Tyrande Whisperwind... that's all
Yes, I've used other lore characters before but in my opinion, their models haven't aged well and deserve more attention put into them. And yes, you can expect more lore characters to join the list! The next one will probably be a night elf cause they need it the most. Might make a poll for it soon :)
