Sooo...
Since the last devlog, we have moved a little further towards the completion of Ch2. The current number of still images is exactly 400 (last devlog: 223) plus 4 new animations. Unfortunately, I'm still stuck on Olivia's memory, but I'm very close to finally finishing it.
I don't know if I've already mentioned my work style, but I always stop about halfway through a chapter and review what I've done. This means that after finishing her memoir, I'll take a break for 1-2 days and work on more conversations, music, and adding extra images to make the transition between scenes a little smoother. If this part is done, I will continue to work on other new scenes.
I will not give sneak peeks this week. The reason is that in the pictures I managed to make, there are things and characters that will be shown for the first time, and I care that it is a surprise. Personally, I think there are a lot more surprises here, but we'll see.
I apologize that the devlog came out a little late, but I've been really busy the last few days. In addition to creating the game itself, I also try to share the game a little to increase our audience of players. I also have some private things that I have to deal with (everyone probably understands that). Anyway, I don't feel slowed down; I'm just a little more stressed than I would be under other circumstances. In addition to everything I have written so far, one more thought arose in my head: an animated trailer for Beyond Tomorrow. I have an idea of what it should look like; I even have music selected specifically for this trailer, but I haven't started working on it yet. We'll see what happens.
