He'd be roughly 80 in TFA, and assuming she'll be doing the whole Jedi thing for years to come, he could be anywhere as old as 140 by the time they meet. Perhaps he'll be Teen Yoda by the time they meet, and she trains him. KOTOR had Master Vandar as a Yoda-type Council member, so there is precedent for new eras having a new Yoda.
