I heard about the "who are you" line, but it instead of taking place when they first meat I watched a video that said it was in a cave so it tells me maybe he's asking who are you in a metaphorical way. Foe example, In the Disney Clone Wars series Yoda says "To answer power with power the Jedi way this is not, in this war a danger there is of losing who we are" which by the time of Order 66 came around the Jedi were definitely way off their original path; with this and the "who are you" line maybe Luke is trying some Yoda level questioning on Rey to determine what kind of person she is. What do you think?
