Christmas Commissions...?

Not necessarily Christmas themed, I just needed a fitting title xD

But yeah! 'Tis the season to be broke-ish, falalalalaaala and so forth!

TLDR; I'll be opening a few commission slots around the 10th of december, which is madness since I have so many commissions I'm already working on (most of which are 80% done, but have been put on hold either because I lacked the required skill needed to finish it the way I feel would look best, or because there is a queue, and because life and projects come first sometimes)
So, I know I've already got a lot of work to do, but I need to make ends meet and I have more outlays than income this month and christmas is coming up, so I need to find a way to make more money tbh...

I'll be selling commission gift cards I guess you could call them, aka commissions you can book now but which I may not get to do much work on before the middle of January 2021 because I have two deadlines coming up before then. But depending on the amount of them and their difficulty level, I may get to work on most of the commissions meanwhile as well.

commission gift cards could also work as christmas gifts, come to think of it.. where you can buy a commission slot as a gift for a friend, where either you get a drawing you can give to them, or you get a card you can give to them that says you've paid for a commission slot and can tell me what they want me to draw (with the card saying what the commission options are, but not the price if you want it to be a secret what you paid for it. But you will get confirmation that yes this card is valid and means you've paid for a commission, but someone else gets to decide what I draw... does that make sense? I'm still figuring this out xD   But I'm kind of brainstorming options with you guys in this post, and based on the response I'll figure stuff out and make a proper post closer to the 10th of december.

Because, lately, I've opened up slots for specific types of commissions based on what I felt most eager to draw and needed to practice on, but now I'm curious to hear what kind of commissions you'd like to see be available. Chibis were popular, sketch ones too, and the grayscale portraits, sticker designs have been booked too in the shape of chibis, which is really fun, so I'm contemplating a sticker sheet commission option where you get like five sticker designs in one commission, arranged to look like a sticker sheet. I'd also love to give tattoo designs a go, or t-shirt motifs... posters? The aforementioned gift cards? Private art lessons with me online, like, drawing on skype together..? idk, just throwing some ideas around...

What are your thoughts on all this? <3
