RIP Akira Toriyama

As some of you may know, the one show that got me into this whole anime/ manga scene was Dragonball. I remember running home (totally not imagining I was flying (I was like 5-6, don't judge me lol)) just to catch Goku and gang beating up some villain.

Once I was around 11-12 I would get more and more into art, SFW stuff obviously, but most of this was all DBZ related, which I thank for getting me into drawing in the Japanese/ manga art style. To this day I feel this art style best represents, to me, being free or being able to be whatever or wherever I want to be when times get a little difficult.

I will probably be putting a hold on current projects for today and instead will be sketching or re-drawing some old SFW stuff in honor of the genius behind the series that brought me so much joy and inspiration.

RIP Akira Toriyama, thank you for all that you gave, the earth shall miss you.
