Commercial License changes

I've gotten a few messages regarding the commercial license and how it can be confusing, so I decided to streamline the licensing information and consolidate everything into a single tier.
Dungeon Merchant ($25)
Functionally it works the same as the Dungeon Architect Tier with access to every tool and feature, with the added benefit of the commercial license.
- Up to 10 products can be released with DunGen.app content every month. This applies only to Dungeons and Caves.
- Dynamic Lighting Tool use is unlimited, so if you're a content creator and mainly need this tool, you can release as many items as you want and update your backlog with no limits.
