Do you Yoga?

Yoga is great for many things besides just your body. It helps to clear your mind, become present and get to know yourself. At least, that is my experience. 

I started practicing yoga since 2014, and loved it ever since. I always fit it into my day. From 5 minute practices to 60 minutes depending how I am feeling.

It doesn't matter what is on my mind, yoga always seems to take me back to the present moment. It helps me reset and start fresh again. Like those moments that you take a nap and get back up!

In this post I share a video I have been following along for a couple of times since I arrived in the Dominican Republic. I have been doing Yoga every single day here.
