Warm Up Routine & High Rep Leg Toning

I do a lot of leg exercises lately. I don't do them to grow my lower body, but to tone them and slim them down a bit. Over the weeks it has been working well. Somewhere in December I will do a physique update on YouTube again.

Eventually I will also improve the quality of the workout videos and do voice over!

I did 3 sets of the warm up routine. 12-15 times hip thrusts 12 times lunge pulses with 15 kg weights 20 times stiff leg dead lifts 15 kg weights 12-15 times one leg dead lift with small weight  Repeat all exercises for 3 to 4 sets!
