It is great seeing some muscle mass again in my legs. These exercises really do help.
I recently measured my body fat percentage. It was 32%! Incredible to me as I always used to be around 22%. I will talk about this in a video sometime. I want to bring that number down. Will keep you updated.
These are the exercises I did:
20x Leg lift, tap right and left each leg
30 x side steps with resistant band
20 x wide leg squats with kettlebell
14 x squats with dumbell in one hand, each arm
20 x jumping squats
Do 3-4 sets of these exercises. Good luck!
