I did three sets of these five exercises. I am definitely toning up with higher reps and lighter weights. Adjust the weights to your liking. The last reps should be feeling tough. If not, then up the weights some more.
I love my new gym. It is so neat, so many nice people, great staff, not too busy, good equipment and there is a spa. Totally worth it to change my gym.

12 times lunge pulses both legs
20 times squats lifting a weight above your head (4kg)
20 times hip thrusts with weights (5kg)
20 times side squats with weights (5kg)
12 times stiff leg deadlifts on one leg with weights
