Behind The Scenes: Comfort Zone

When I write I often enter a fantastic state of flow. Words just pour out on paper or when typing them on the computer. It also happened with this video. I find it fun to write, especially when words start to pour like that.
I had a plan of creating a video about How to get Healthy without spending money. A whole video with around 9 tips on how to improve your health, without the need of money. However, after filming everything and editing the whole video, I decided not to upload it. I decided to create separate videos out of them (even though it took 2,5 hours to export, lol). Remember this video.
That video should have been part of it. Yet I created a video just for that one tip.
It helped me learn a deeper lesson about not to want to do everything at once. Take it one step at a time. I don't have to give it all away at once!
I am also going through a process right now. Some self love type of thing, things in my mind are changing. Whatever it is exactly what I am going through is letting more creativity flow in. So I am going out the door more often, documenting more, creating more.
It is helping me grow. It is as if I am taking a step backward on things, to go forward. I am looking back, so I am able to see more into the future. Yet by focusing on one thing only, I am able to enjoy the present more.
Have you seen How To Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone | Motivational yet? For this video I also went outside. I tried filming a bunch of ideas I had. Even though it wasn't "professional" or anything, I put it out there for the world to see. Because by doing things you learn, you grow, you experience. Only thinking about it won't make things happen. You got to get up, and show up!
It made me come up with a new video idea. I will once make a video about showing my very first YouTube videos and commenting on it. Some you didn't even knew existed. Stay tuned for that!
