5 DAY MINIMALISM CHALLENGE

 ⭐ Day 1: defining your personal style

Do you love the colors brown, green and blue, but is your closet full of red, purple and orange? Start cleaning out your closet and keep what you truly love. Same goes for your home decor.

Pinterest can help with this. Create a board and add all the images you love. It doesn't matter if it's wildlife photography, fashion models drinking their coffee, cars, interior design or abstract art made by your favorite graphic designer. 

After adding pictures for a half an hour in the morning and a half an hour later in the day, take a look at your board and see if you can discover a pattern. Find what the images you added have in common. Are they minimalistic? Maybe black and white? Or bright and colorful? Defining your personal style becomes easier when you know what you like.

 ⭐ Day 2: unsubscribe from all email marketing

Go through your email and unsubscribe from all email subscriptions that doesn't add any value to your life. I found that my inbox got clearer and more organized after doing this. I don't have to go through a bunch of emails to find the important ones. 

It also helps to not click on random advertisements that make you end up buying things you don't need.

 ⭐ Day 3: unfriend/unfollow people who don't inspire you

I mentioned this in my video '6 Ways To A Clear Mind' . You aren't obliged to follow/be friends with people on social media if their content and message doesn't align with you. 

You become what you consume on a day to day basis. Follow accounts that inspire you, make you laugh and teach you something.

⭐ Day 4: clean out your fridge and pantry

Throw out everything old, moldy or stinky. I also suggest to get rid of the processed junk, the overly sugary sweets and cereals and fatty salad dressings. Keep what is fresh, full of vitamins and minerals. Keep the real foods. 

You will be surprised how much space this creates. Your healthy may improve too!

 ⭐ Day 5: journal your day

Before you end your day, write down the things you did and how you felt. Reflect on yourself and your actions. This can give you insight into how you are spending your days. It makes it easier to see if there is anything you can change to improve your next day.

Has this happened to you, when you don't like someone but after transmutation you end up seeing them in a more evolved sense and you start liking them? :P

I will, I have come to the realization that whenever I stop fapping I go through sexual transmutation and it ends up being targeted at you. I think when I stop looking at porn I see a female in a more "heightened sense" in this state its more than the physical, its the mental and spiritual. So you are more of the other 2 than the physical for me, which results in me liking you all over again. So I think I have a crush on you. :P
