This is something I am fully aware of now.
The more I am present, the more I accept, the more I improve.
I kept on saying that 2017 was going to be the year that everything would change for the better. That it would be MY year.
Looking back, I definitely see the dots connecting. I see the bigger picture of it all. I understand why I had to go through things, that weren't always so nice, to get to the point where I am at now.
All my experiences, all the people I have met, all the situations I have been in have brought me to were I am at now.
And just like with my past relationship for example, I had to let go of things to let greater things enter.
Things that lift me up, instead of pull me down.
You are what you surround yourself with.
In order to grow, I had to change it up. I had to remove things that drained me.
I really encourage you to do the same. Get rid of things in your life that feel toxic, draining and negative. Even if it is that poster up on your wall, or unfollowing some people from Instagram.
The universe gave me an opportunity and I took it.
Nothing can stop me when I set my eyes on something. When I want to have it, I will get it. There is never a fear of not getting something I truly want. I always have carried this mindset with me since I was a child.
This was something I felt like getting off of my chest right now.
I never really use the word blessed, but I feel blessed.
You really attract what you are into your life.
I took these pictures at Loonse en Drunense duinen here in the Netherlands. What a beautiful place. It was my first time there.
