Model should fit most heads, but measure yourself to be sure (it uses 8x3mm magnets, so keep that in mind if you rescale it). Body/suit pattern is scaled to the elf's proportions, so it might not fit everyone. I'd recommend doing what I did for this project and just grab a red morph/body suit- it may have been the better option all along. Also, I'm not a clothing pattern designer.... my pattern has major flaws for sure. I was just replicating the original elf. Eye details can be cut on a vinyl cutter, or by hand if you're more patient than I am. If you want to be able to see, I'd recommend making small holes around where the eyelash detail sits to make it less visible to viewers.
