Hello Everyone.
In contrast to the other recent follow Long practice video (the funky Fusion one) here is one with some beautiful (albeit sad/heavy) classics by the one and only Oum Kalthoum.

As mentioned briefly in the video my dear horse Shadow, passed away on October 21st. I was so fortunate to have him for 28 years and see him have a full life up to the age of 30. I knew it was coming, I fact the vet was scheduled to come evaluate him on November 3rd but Shadow decided it would be on his own terms. It's been hard that I didn't get to say goodbye and that the last time I saw him would be thr last time I would ever see him. Lots of heavy emotions and feelings, especially in the wake of Queenie. I tend to be someone who if I start talking about such things I typically just start crying so I tend to push it down which isn't necessarily a healthy way to handle it. So sometimes it is not just necessary but nice to sit with out sad and uncomfortable feelings and to move through them.

I didn't feel like dancing when I set out to film this but I did feel better after I did.

Hopefully you will find some enjoyment I this dance as well :)

Thank you for learning and dancing with me. Much love ❤️
