Welcome to our 3rd Introduction to Layering Tutorial.
In this tutorial we go over
pelvic tucks/lifts & pelvic drops while traveling.

And how I approach learning to do static layering. Identify the movements that you feel most capable with most comfortable with, ideally pick 2 movements from different body regions (ie hip shimmy and shoulder slide for example). Get the movement you feel most capable of going first, then add the 2nd movement once you have the 1st one established.

I know I have said this is many videos but when it comes to dance be kind with yourself, be patient, be consistent. You don't have to be mean to yourself to get better, you just have to identify difficult areas and keep consistently chipping away at them :) Getting better at anything is a long game:)
