In this video
We are beginning our look at layering by starting with Travelling Steps. I have ways considered traveling Steps as a type of layering, and I have found working with them before digging into static layering can help us have a more solid foundation for static layers and help build independence in our movements.
We are looking as walking and adding hip work as well as some simple footwork patterns that we will then add some hipwork too. This might be a review for you and if it then I recommend focusing your energy on really analyzing how you are moving and focusing on clarity in your movement and technique. :)
