Do you love me, now that I can dance?
Jokes aside I have a little "homework assignment" for all of you.
Who does not love the song "Do You Love Me?" By The Contours? I mean first of all, nostalgia from Dirty Dancing. And second of all amazing song.
(Note: if its not your thing you can use ANY song for this homework assignment).
Your homework is that no matter your level, experience, ability whatever, you dance to this song (or whatever song you choose) and you HAVE FUN WITH IT! Don't worry about feeling silly or if that move works there or if you did that right. The only rule is you have to follow through and dance to the whole song and enjoy yourself in the process (but do me mindful of your body and move safely while doing so).
To dance is to love yourself:) Movement feels good.
