Welcome back. This week we are focusing on a couple of specific layers with out upper body and lower body, and a bit of travelling.
With a special Guest Star Appearance by Butters. Quite frankly his layers need work but he seems unbothered ππ
Remember with layering that if you are really struggling don't be afraid to reset and just work on one move at a time until it feels comfortable and then ad the next layer. At points if the 3 layers is too much just focus on 2. It's not a rush or a race, it's a learning curve β€β€
