Oh gosh! Section 7, our second last section. *sniffle, tear, sniffle*
It is coming together now!
Section 7 covers 3:29 to 3:47 in the full Choreography video.
Written breakdown of Section 7 is as follows
12 counts of shoulder rolls
--- the first 4 counts done at consistent speed
The next 2 sets of 4 are done in the following pattern count 1, 2 half time (slow) shoulder rolls
Count 3,4 full time (standard speed) should rolls
Count 5, 6 half time shoulder rolls
Count 7, 8 full time shoulder rolls
(All shoulder rolls are done in the backwards direction however if you want to alternate directions you are more than welcome to)
16 counts of Ying Yang Arms with weight shift in legs.
Right arm up (4 counts)
Left arm up (4 counts)
Right arm up (4 counts)
Left Arm Up (4 counts)
4 counts large exterior hip circle to the left in counter clockwise direction
And Voila! Section 7 completed❤❤
