It's time to set your veils for adventure !!!
Lol or rather just get your veil because we are going to use it in this drill, for the first half.
I am always amazed at how veils can be so light and yet after veil practice you can always feel it in your arms.
It is very humid here and we are in a heat wave (I do not have air conditioning) so its difficult to work smoothly with veil. I find the humidity and sweat always impedes my veil work which is all the more reason to practice it !!!
Plus shimmies because here we shimmy every day!!!

Remember to go at your pace, if you mess up it is NOT a big deal. Just reset, get yourself back together and jump back in :)
