Anywho lots of hip work, lower abdominals, omis while travelling etc.

i loved that little combo with the step to the front side and back! and rest obviously! :) for me it is exactly the other way round. as long as i can remember i know how to do the omi clockwise but i struggle so hard to do it counter clockwise :D
