Welcome and Hello!
I know I previously said this one would be squat based DDT but 3 days before I filmed this I hurt my ankle so the squat based drill will be postponed for a couple of weeks. We have to put the health and wellness of our bodies first.

But that will not stop me from still dancing and practicing. Here we focus on our chest, abdominals and hips and moving intentionally:) A bit of a longer one too,
Just over 20 minutes.
