Here is the breakdown of Section #3 of our "Nova Raks" choreography.
How are you enjoying learning a Choreography?
Music used is "Nova Raks" by Hassan Abou El Seoud

Section 3 covers sections 47 seconds to 1:11 in the audio track approximately.
(If you are using the video of the whole choreo for reference then its section 2:04 to 2:27 in that video).
Facing forward we have out hands parallel under our chest
3 counts hands waving out to the side
1 count snake arms
1 count snake arms
3 counts taking time to bring arms/hands up over head
4 counts bringing arms down while doing hand waves (you can also sway or sway your hips as you do that
That is up to you and what you are comfortable with) until hands are about Belly button level.
Bring hands put to sides to frame hips for 4 counts of counterclockwise omis.
4 counts of myas/vertical figure 8s
8 counts of fishtail/reverse myas
2 counts of fishtail
2 counts or chest circle (counter clockwise, 1 big slow one)
4 counts omi
3 counts shoulder Slides
1 count chest shimmy
And that completes section #3!
Hope you are having fun:) Thank you so much for learning with me.
See the next video for putting sections 1, 2, and 3 together and practicing:)
