Here is dance Drills and Thrills #17!
Stamina, strength, and some floor based practicing, so make sure you have your weights and knee pads and/or yoga mat ready.
This drill uses
Medicine ball weight
Knee pad/yoga mat
Hand weights

That being said you can follow along with this drill without doing the weights, level changes or floor based postures. Tou can just continue to do the moves done in those postures while standing :)
