Hope you enjoyed the first combination drill and are excited to try a second one:)
This practice drill alternates between vertical and horizontal plane hip movements and chest movements to help create clarity between our minds and bodies and help develop muscle memory.
It will focus solely on hip slides, hip lifts, chest slides and chest lifts repeated in counts of 8.
Want a variation to extend your own practice session? Repeat the drill using counts of 4 instead of 8.
