Here is our first Combination/Drill Video for Introductory Belly dance.
We will repeat the sequence as follows:
4 pelvic/lower abdominal lifts
4 chest lifts
4 shoulder rolls
4 omis/interior hip circles
As discussed I the video we will also make sure to work both directions of the shoulder roll and the omi.
