Here is a closer look at and breakdown of the washing machine (aka twist shimmy) done while bending forward. Over half of you signed up had written to ask about this and had expressed difficulty with it and since I use this for practice A LOT (it is a great move for strengthening and stretching) I felt an explanation was justified.
