In this tutorial we revisit abdominal pulls in and out and shoulder rolls, particularly forward ones. These moves were most frequently asked about in my messages and in comments on videos so I figured a review and revisit of them with some practice variations would be helpful for those who asked and those who were maybe also struggling with them but has not asked. I am so happy that you are reaching out and asking for help when feeling overwhelmed with a movement or just seeking further clarity in regards to it. This is such an important step to learning.
