Hey Deborah! Thank you so much for reaching out with questions about the chest slide. It can be very tricky can't it. I will address it in video in tutorial #10 which will be posted next Monday March 18th as it will make more sense seeing it in video than in text:) But in the meantime you can try standing Iin the middle of a doorway, placing each hand on the doorframe at about shoulder height(left hand on left side of doorframe right hand on right side of doorway) and then using the resistance from pushing your weight into your hands into the frame to try and push your chest side to side. If this sounds too confusing or too complicated don't worry:) Just work on other stuff until next week when I can address some chest slide pointers in video:) Hope your week is off to a great start😁❤
