I am glad it helps! You have the right attitude. The best thing you can do is just keep at the practicing until it starts to feel more natural and smooth. You do not need to purchase the whole CD unless you want it. If you preview it and like what you hear then go for it:) Any music that inspires you to practice is beneficial and the more MENA music you listen to the more you will develop your ear for it and get familiar with it and its stylings :) Have a great day and happy dancing!

Yes, it does help! They are very stiff & jerky. I plan on practicing until I get it! Do I need to purchase the whole cd? I only purchased the song we are dancing to. I follow you IG and so excited to learn from you. Thank you 😊

Oh I think I understand:) Its very normal for interior hip circles/ omis to feel weird, or stiff, when you are first learning them, the process of rolling around d the 4 points is a very internal movement and it can take some time to develop feeling smooth while going around. Remember to breath and relax and to enjoy the process. Also just going back to doing the 4 points of the interior hip circle on their own, like we do in the breakdown can help build awareness for rolling around through the points. Hope this helps and happy practicing:)

I feel very weird doing the movement slowly. I guess I having trouble moving smoothly with the 4 movements. I definitely can’t do the fast movement. I just purchased the music so I can practice. I’m not giving up :-)
