One of my personal favorites This got to stretch the boundaries of network TV a bit, back before censors thought to Google some Mandarin Chinese words. Like Badger telling Mal to get this stick out of his "pigu" (a$$), and Inara's date referring to Serenity as a piece of "go-suh" (dog sheeyite), and then Inara repeating it when she sees Mal :)
