Sketch for 12-05-2014's comic
Added 2014-12-06 01:01:09 +0000 UTCI'm not sure if it's in the sketch or I'm just liking the way things go in the ink+ stage, but I've been super happy with the faces in most of my characters this last week. I knew I wanted to have George popped out in two but I wasn't sure on the pose for a while. You can't see this in the sketch, but I have a second set of ink to color layers for John and George where the sofa layers are on top of them and then another set of layers for Jack and Jules.

Oh definitely. Just looking at Jack's figure between 1 and 3, that touch of his lower lip / mouth shape and the change in his eyes, and inclination of his head make all the difference. Jules and George are looking good too.
