Commission for Melssive; he wanted to see Lukeirei and himself, puffed, round and massive, essentially dueling it out to see which blimp is worthy of interrupting traffic the longest. Until the citizens get a bit tired of all the squeaking and creaking and have a few trucks with spiked racks ram into their huge behinds to put an end to it. ;D
