(SFW) OC reference: Iris & Jasper

And they were both trans.

Here's a thing I've been slowly working on the side since last year - a reference sheet of a couple of my dearest OCs as of lately!

Jasper and Iris were created by myself and my partner @fluffyflorals! They're always on my mind and I hope to share new art of them now that they finally have a proper reference. Their universe and story are such a joy.

Here's more trivia on them:

- Jasper was raised in a pack of hellhounds under the care of Iris's family. They have a knightship connection to the noble family, and each member of the latter can form a special bond to a hound who will serve as their knight/bodyguard.

- Jasper met Iris as a puppy and they quickly became attached to each other, and in growing together as close friends her choice for the bond was clear.

- Jasper can shadowtravel - travel through long distances in a short period of time by enclosing himself in dark spots, and also teleport himself to Iris's side in order to aid her whenever she needs him. He mostly uses this power to show up and cling to her when she least expects it though.

- Iris was born to a succubus mom and vampire dad - she thought she only inherited the vampire side, then the horns started growing out as she came of age... along with other inconvenient, embarrassing features.

There's a lot more to them but I'm stopping myself here- I enjoy this pair with all my heart and am excited to start sharing them with the world <3
